Ordered two items from sports memorabilia.com and never received. Multiple hours spent on hold and waiting for phone calls that would be "returned in 30 min". Filled out their on line problem form and never received reply. Traced the missing order FOR THEM and provided documentation from USPS for lost shipment and claim. Was told twice a replacement order would be shipped and it never happened.
