Great Customer Service

The customer service rep - Robert K. - was outstanding. Robert tracked down an item in their warehouse and coordinated it's overnight shipment. Truly service not expected nor often seen in this day. He is to be commended. What made this particularily special is the back story. The item is a picture of Eisenhower talking to the men of the 101st the afternoon before D-day in WWII. One of the men (perhaps several)in the photo is(are) still living. My son - a soldier - was part of an honor guard meeting with the veteran at his nursing home. The 90 y/o retired 1SG signed the prints for my son and dictated a narrative of that day that was transcribed to go with the photo. Job well done Robert!!!

I had never purchased MLB memorabilia before. I made a mistake by not reading carefully and received the wrong Albert Pujols autographed baseball (2006 vs a 2011 World Series). I called customer service who referred me to Joe (Superviser) who promptly made the call to email me a postage sticker to return the wrong baseball and sent me the requested baseball within just a few days time. The customer service was curtious, professional , and trusting while they resolved a mistake that I had made. Great job guys.
