Excellent customer service from Diana Gutierrez - Sports memorabilia
Because of my failure to read the fine print, a gift for a very sick child was going to be delivered later than I hoped. Diana went to great effort to provide an e-card that I could send to the recipient that described the gift (in very personal terms) that cheered him up tremendously. This was beyond my expectations for customer service. Many thanks.
