This company sucks


What a worthless company! I ordered a product for someone's birthday 10 days in advance. Their online tracking was non-existant so I sent an e-mail to find out where it was. The day AFTER my loved one's birthday, they told me that they didn't carry that item anymore.

Sounds like you actual caught a break...everyone else is complaining of receiving bogus stuff. I recently placed an order myself and haven't received anything...unfortunately, my card was hit up for the charge and nobody is available for a refund. Where I come from we call that a scam.
