  • Worst experience - Was lied to twice

    Ordered a product on a Friday. I paid extra for 2-day shipping. They called and said that it wouldn't ship till Monday and would get to me by Wednesday. I said that was fine, as long as I didn't get it any later Wednesday. Arrived Thursday damaged. FedEx sent it back. I got an email saying they would overnight a new one (with no apology for it being late in the first place). So here I am 3 days later and still no package.   • Not a reliable company, not even close!

    This company sounded first. I ordered a signed baseball for my husband along with a case. Was charged for both but only received the baseball. So here it is, sitting in the box it came in with NO case to display it. Kind of makes me question the legitimacy of this company. I've been sharing this story with everyone I know. I've warned them not to trust Sports Memorabilia. 2 months later and no case but they sure kept my money.   • All around awful experience

    This review has been resolved or replied to by this company. I ordered a watch which was supposed to ship within 3-5 business days, but was assured that most items ship within 24 hours. The money was taken from my account the next day. The item never shipped.... 6 business days later I tried to contact customer service... the 24/7 customer service phone number has an answering machine stating, "our office is closed. check our website for business hours."   • Sportsmemorbilia poor

    I ordered a signed basketball from in November of 2011 for Christmas. Wow HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE service. The signed ball cost BIG bucks. The one shown online was NOT the one sent to me and when I called I ended up speaking to five different guys. I sent pictures to three of them and got basically called a liar from them.     I first ordered my product on December 28th; I did not receive my item until January 24th. It took nearly one month to send me two hockey pucks that were in stock! They of course charged my credit card within about 48 hours of the order. I contacted via e-mail 4 times, and to this day have never gotten a reply back.     I orderes a signed Ryan Braun baseball to give to a family member for Christmas on December 2, and got an order confirmation. After two weeks, I tried to track the shipment, but I couldn't find it on the website. I called them, and was told that the item was out of stock.     I have made 2 orders a sports memorabilia. I had a bad experience both times. They state that your orders will ship usually the next day. Both times it was almost a month before they shipped it. The first time it happened, they had a good reason. Although when i called asking about it they told me that they would call me back. Never happened.     I placed an order for my husbands birthday. I ordered him a jersey around 1-4 or 1-7 over the phone and told the rep I needed the jersey no later that 1-21. He said no problem I can have it ship ground and I will have it in plenty of time. Well here it is 1-24, I have no jersey and no tracking info.     I ordered a Thurmon Munson career framed picture for a friend for Christmas. I live in MA and he lives in NC. We were talking about the picture after he opened it and I discovered that they sent the wrong one. Yes, it was a Thurmon Munson picture, just not the one I ordered.     I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. I ordered a signed bat, which was advertised on line with a clear picture of a bat for $113.00. I received a signed trading card, with a piece of a bat valued at $80.00. I was told that was what I ordered, but because of the picture and the description on the receipt, it clearly was not what I ordered.     I placed an order for Christmas on December 17th. While on their website, I clicked on an icon to find out about "free shipping". Apparently, when doing this, this automatically signs you up for VIP membership. They charged my credit card an additional $69.99.   • Terrible!!!!!!!

    Terrible, terrible, terrible company!!! I received half of my order, tried contacting them for the other half (they had already charged my CC) with no response (called, live chat, emails). Got so annoyed I disputed the charge. I got my credit back. That must have gotten their attention because my other half showed up about a week later (it was a month late!!). Very frustrating!!     This company is totally unresponsive. I ordered a t-shirt for my brother in law for Christmas, and the wrong shirt was delivered. I have tried to get in touch with the company via telephone, email and live chat and their voicemail box is full, they don't respond to email and their live chat is always offline.   • Worst Service Ever!!!

    I have called this company, sent emails, tried the live chat, and even sent a fax trying to track an order I placed that was supposed to take 3-5 business days. Seeing that this is a Christmas gift that I propable will not receive based on the other reviews I have read, I am severly upset.     I ordered what is to be a Christmas present for my husband this year. I ordered this back in November. As of today, Dec. 20, 2008 I still have no gift.     Order t-shirt on 05Dec08, checked on order on 12Dec, Still says in process. Tried live chat and calling and leaving message. No response until 14Dec when I received an email stating that they tried to contact me , but there was a problem with my order. Sent reply email with info to contact me again.
