    I read a lot of negative reviews for SportsMemorabilia.com, so I tried to make my purchase through Fanatics, but Fanatics wouldn't ship to Canada. I made my purchase with Sportsmemorabilia.com and was worried the whole time because of the reviews that I read. My order came in exactly when they said it would, the items that I ordered were exactly as advertised and I'm not sure why but I didn't even get charged an arm and a leg at customs when it came into the country.   • Worst experience - Was lied to twice



    Ordered a product on a Friday. I paid extra for 2-day shipping. They called and said that it wouldn't ship till Monday and would get to me by Wednesday. I said that was fine, as long as I didn't get it any later Wednesday. Arrived Thursday damaged. FedEx sent it back. I got an email saying they would overnight a new one (with no apology for it being late in the first place). So here I am 3 days later and still no package.   • Not a reliable company, not even close!



    This company sounded great...at first. I ordered a signed baseball for my husband along with a case. Was charged for both but only received the baseball. So here it is, sitting in the box it came in with NO case to display it. Kind of makes me question the legitimacy of this company. I've been sharing this story with everyone I know.     I recently purchased a signed baseball and boxing glove from sports memorabilia. I was contacted via email because the baseball I chose did not pass the quality control and have been suggested by Liana about an alternative Dan Pasqua autographed baseball which I liked and accepted to be shipped as met my requirements.     Before the autographed print that I purchased had shipped, I received an email from Liana Roman stating that they had detected an imperfection in the item I had chosen. Wow. Has that EVER happened in the history of retail?! Actual quality control BEFORE the item is delivered?! I was impressed. Liana explained that I could pick another item, or, for a small fee, purchase a larger print of the same item that I had originally wanted.     I bought a autographed Martin Brodeur puck off the site, shortly after i did i was contacted by Liana telling me that that the puck i ordered was not up to their standards and that quality control would not sell me the one i had originally selected. Instead they contacted me with another autographed Martin Brodeur that was more than the one i had originally bought, but that they would sell it to me for the same exact price as the one i first had bought.     Originally ordered an NBA autographed gift that did not end up passing quality control. Was upgraded to another product that also unfortunately turned out to be out of stock.     I recently ordered a signed NBA photo. Liana in customer service reached out to me basically saying they were not comfortable sending me my original order due to a smudge on the signature. Instead of just sending it anyway, she kindly sent multiple options to me that were ever a few dollars more than what I paid as a replacement.     Recently I placed an order for several items. During shipping one item was damaged, and due to an UPS delivery snafu I did not receive the other 2 items. Once I contacted sportsmemorabilia.com, I was put in contact with Liana- and she promptly, proactively, and thoroughly took care of all 3 issues.     I recently purchased an autographed baseball from sports memorabilia. I was contacted via email that there was a smudge on the autograph and it did not meet their requirements. They offered me other merchandise and to refund the remaining balance. I decided not to purchase the other merchandise and opted for a full refund.     I ordered an item that required me to send my dad's 2009 SEC championship game ticket to New York right after Hurricane Sandy hit. I mailed my ticket but it was never delivered and was sent back to my house two weeks later.     I recently ordered an item on sportmemorabilia.com, and didn't read the fine print. I became aware that the product takes 7-10 business days for processing, in addition to the 4-8 business day delivery time frame. I contacted the tfn and spoke with a rep. named Francis. She was very helpful and apologetic for the misunderstanding. She stated that she would try to see if she could get the processing of the item expedited. I'm amazed at the great service I get every single time I buy from SportsMemorabilia. I would recommend this business to every 'die hard' sports fan that's looking for authentic merchandise at a fair price. I always purchase authentic football helmets through the phone with Danny and needless to say he's one of the most knowledgeable representative I've ever dealt with!! I had called to check on an order that I had placed a week earlier, and spoke with Francis. She was very pleasant and efficient. She had said that she would check the status and personally call me back with an update the same day. With the lack of customer service these days, I was so pleasantly surprised with her personal attention to my order. She called me back an hour or so later and had explained where the order was in process. I received my UPS tracking # yesterday via email, and my order is scheduled to be received by EOD tomorrow. It is a gift, and I am looking forward to my son receiving it this weekend. Thank you Francis for your top-notch assistance!

NEVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. I CALLED FOR 4 DAYS IN A ROW TO FIND OUT STATUS ON MY ITEM THAT I PAID EXTRA FOR 2 DAY SHIPPING, I WAS TOLD EACH DAY THAT DAY WAS THE SHIP DATE, NOW I GET AN EMAIL ( NOT EVEN A CALL) SAYING THE ITEM IS ON BACKORDER UNTIL JAN 12. My wife ordered an autographed picture sign by Randy Moss for my son. It has been two weeks and I have yet to recieve a response. Needless to say our credit card was billed right away. Poorly run customer serice. What company does not provide a tracking number at least within a few days?

I ordered a picture from the company for a Christmas gift. They sent two and charged me for one. I talked to the sportsmemorabilia.com about the two pictures and they told me to keep it and not worry about it since it was thier mistake in the shipping department. Now 4 months later, they are asking me to send them back the second picture that they sent me by mistake. Why am I to be pentalized for their mistake. I called and was told not to worry about it. I will NEVER use sportsmemorabilia again or ever recommend it to a friend. If I was the one that screwed up and sent one to many items to a customer, I would have to eat the mistake. It is not my fault that you hired idiots to do your shipping and they can't count or read the shipping invoice. Sportsmemrobilis.com SUCKS and refused to make my situation correct. THIS COMPANY WILL MAKE YOU PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKES!!!!!!!!!

I recently ordered four items for Christmas from SportsMemorabilia.com. I submitted my order on December 17th. I quickly received an email from the company letting me know that my order was received. Because it’s the holiday season and I was paranoid I contacted the company on Monday 12/21 to find out the status of my order. I spoke to the aforementioned Jane. Jane was polite and friendly and assured me that my memorabilia would come on time but that the tracking number was not available yet, she assured me a call back the same day. I received a call back from Jane regarding my order, she originally stated that one of the pictures might have to be sent separately at no cost to me, or they could wait a bit to see if the item came in and ship all of the pictures together. I received my tracking number via email that day, and an additional email from Jane making sure that I did receive the packing number. On Dec 22 I received another call from Jane letting me know that my shipment went out with all of the pictures I had requested. I received my autographed picture and the additional items as expected on 12/22. Not only was I overly impressed by the continuous communication from Jane, I am anxious to give the quality pictures to my boyfriend for Christmas. I was reassured by the company that my item was going to arrive on time and it would be as expected. It’s not fake autograph as a certain member of the forum mentioned. I highly recommend this company for sports memorabilia. They pride themselves on authentic memorabilia and customer service. I couldn’t be happier!!! Thank you!!

Terrible, terrible, terrible company!!! I received half of my order, tried contacting them for the other half (they had already charged my CC) with no response (called, live chat, emails). Got so annoyed I disputed the charge. I got my credit back. That must have gotten their attention because my other half showed up about a week later (it was a month late!!). Very frustrating!! Now they've charged my CC again for the item and I don't even want it anymore!! Naturally - cannot contact them. Will NEVER EVER do business with this company again!! I wish I did my research before ordering from them. Lesson learned.
